What Is Caves?

You are a simple miner who adventured a little too deep....

With no way to go back you must push forward. Your only equipment are the bombs you carry and your torch.

Use your bombs to explore this dark cave full of evil. Find the key and escape before it is too late...

CONTROLS

W, A, S, D to move.  

SPACE to plant bombs.

Blast your own path to freedom, watch out for those green and red blobs! Ooh yeah...don't blow yourself up....

About

Caves was a prototype. It  was made in about 2 hours to test some ideas, most notably the "torch" lighting that follows the player and the idea of a hyper aggressive mob in such a visually limited situation. 

The green (mindless zombies) and red (vampire) blobs are not textured. Beware the vampires >.<

Caves is not a finished game, but we did make it repeatable. Once you climb the stairs you've won and the level restarts.
